Uh o grilled peppers for breakfast

I was a little ambitious this morning on the breakfast front, but why not, when you are walking into two weeks boss free?!?! AND my first five day week in about a month!

Not that I am saying boss-free or five day weeks are bad, but the next 9 work days will be interesting. And, unfortunately for my body, I will probably rely on caffeine waaaay tooo much.

So for breakfast this morning, I made myself an egg, sunny side up, a whole wheat english muffin and grilled sweet red peppers.


Grilled veggies has become a new favorite of mine, right before the end of the grilling season (unfortunately). Regardless, it is a great way to start the "back-to-school" week in my household.
