I need a little motivation

Below is my updated training schedule.

I moved it to google calendars and added alarms so that I wake up with a text telling me how long I should be running. Let's hope this work!

After the 10 miler, Jay and I are going to have a serious talk about our next run. Ideally, I would like to run a marathon before we move to California... in 5 years!
