=a great evening
The girls came over tonight for some appetizers and Andre. While I served my Costco veggies and hummus, the girls were a little more creative.
Lauren made taco seasoned tofu and cheese in crescent rolls, topped with salsa. They were delicious. You would never know they were meatless!
Alissa made french bread with spinach and peppers and mozzarella cheese on top.
And of course we finished the evening with chocolate fondue!!!The girls are gone, so now I am off for some more vegging!
