Zoolights!!

Let me start with I have successfully jumped back on the band wagon!!! As I mentioned in yesterday's post, Sunday morning Jay and I ran 6.4 miles! Monday, we ran a healthy 3 miles and I went to Power Yoga! And (yes AND), this morning I went to Yoga!!! I am feeling energized for this weekends 10k!

But, first let me show you what fun DC adventure I had Sunday evening!

Ok, I know it is a little obvious, but I thought I would let you guess/show off my pictures.

Sunday evening, the girls and I went the National Zoo for their annual Zoolights. The National Zoo in DC hosts the Zoolights every weekend from early December to the New Year. Jay and I did not get the chance to go last year, so I was excited to finally see it this year.

This year the lights were sponsored by AMTRAK and the event was free courtesy of FONZ members!

We tried to take pictures, but the lighting was very tough!

I think this shot is Harry Potter-esque, but that may be because I am obsessed.

Besides the Zoolights, AMTRAK set up a model train. The animal kingdom theme was pretty cute, and who doesn't love Thomas the Train!?!?!?
